One client and One Professional Trainer. This is a specific training session tailored to your individual needs. The training sessions are about 60 minutes or 30 minutes.


This is where the fun begins. 2-4 people training with one trainer. If you need that extra push or the camaraderie with your peers and the accountability this program is for you. Fun, yet we get it done.


If you love great workouts with friends, you need to check this out. Group Personal Training is a training session up to 10 people in a group.  Fun Energetic and a little bit of craziness.

 


If you find cardio boring and can’t seem to get it done, then you needs to check out Alex’s Cardio class. 45 minutes of fun heart pounding action. Who needs the treadmill when you have Alex. Class holds up to 5 people.


Learn how to become flexible and strong all at the same time. Performance yoga is a mix of traditional yoga with a splash of body weight conditioning.
