Tom Balestracci
With a diverse background in both athletics and education, I bring a wealth of experience to the team. Currently serving as the Associate Director for Undergraduate Student Life at Fairfield University, I hold an MS in College Student Personnel from the University of Rhode Island and a BS in Sport & Leisure Management from Eastern Connecticut State University. As a former varsity athlete, I excelled in track and field at ECSU, competing in the 100m, 200m, 4x100m relay, long jump, and javelin, and also played as an outfielder on their high school varsity baseball team. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with additional certifications in nutrition, CPR, AED, and First Aid. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf and am an avid fan of the Red Sox, Celtics, Buccaneers, and Bruins.
Kimberly Bass
With a B.S. in Kinesiology, an M.S. in Occupational Therapy, and a 200-Hour Yoga Instructor certification, I focus on analyzing movement and delivering personalized yoga classes that blend traditional yoga, therapeutic techniques, and mobilization modalities. My goal is to enhance joint mobilization, alleviate restrictions, and boost performance in daily activities and sports using simple alignment principles. I emphasize self-awareness as the key to restoring one's Optimal Blueprint, influencing life activities, and unlocking individual potential.
Aaron Harding
Aaron Harding is a dedicated and skilled fitness trainer with certifications in NASM, Corrective Exercise, TPI Level 1 and 2, FMS, TRX, and Kettlebell. Passionate about helping clients feel their best, Aaron focuses on improving mobility and overall well-being through personalized training programs. By using his expertise in corrective exercise and functional movement, he designs workouts that not only enhance performance but also prevent injuries. Aaron’s commitment to ongoing learning and a holistic approach to fitness ensures that every client gets top-notch guidance and support on their journey to better health and wellness.
Nick Lapponese
I'm Nick Lapponese, and I'd like to introduce myself as a certified personal trainer at Elevate Fitness.
For the past four years I have trained as a D1 Student athlete at Fairfield University. I have worked alongside top athletic trainers learning to love and appreciate teaching and transforming people in fitness. NASM Certified.
