one on one personal training

One client and One Professional Trainer. This is a specific training session tailored to your individual needs. The training sessions are about 60 minutes or 30 minutes.

semi private personal training

This is where the fun begins. 2-4 people training with one trainer. If you need that extra push or the camaraderie with your peers and the accountability this program is for you. Fun, yet we get it done.

group personal training 

If you love great workouts with friends, you need to check this out. Fun Energetic and a little bit of craziness.
